BLESSED SACRAMENT SCHOOL APPLICATION PROCEDURE
New Student Application
The application form can be picked up in the school office or you can call and
request that it be mailed to your home. All application forms must be received
no later than February 28.
The completed application form must be returned with the following:
- $35 non-refundable check
- Copy of birth certificate
Copy of Social Security Card
- Copy of baptism certificate
- Copy of current immunizations
- Copies of report cards from the last three years and standardization test scores
Determine Classes
Administration will determine classes for the upcoming school year by March, if not sooner.
Acceptance/Denial Letters
Administration will mail out acceptance letters no later than March.
Order of Acceptance
Students will be accepted to Blessed Sacrament School in the following order:
- Current (returning) students
- Siblings of current students
- Families registered in Blessed Sacrament Parish
- Catholic families outside of Blessed Sacrament Parish with no Parish school
- Catholic families outside of Blessed Sacrament Parish with Parish school
- Non-Catholic families
